The Salt & Pepper Mill set is made from a North Carolina Sweetgum Tree. The Pepper Mill's stainless steel grinder and the Salt Mill's noncorrosive ceramic grinder mechanism is fully adjustable from coarse to fine with a simple turn of the Knurled top knob.
